Arslan Shahid.

→ Entrepreneur and founding partner building consumer brands across Pakistan and internationally. Arslan turns ideas into businesses — and businesses into operations that scale — wiring up the infrastructure, teams, and margin discipline that make it stick.

A decade in the uglier half of e-commerce — COD funnels, dispatching, reconciliation, audits, SOPs — and the beautiful half too: brand, story, product. Based in Mandi Bahauddin. Shipping across Pakistan and beyond.

A full-stack business builder — operational, financial, creative. The uglier half of e-commerce nobody posts about, and the beautiful half too.

Cash-on-delivery, courier reconciliation, SOPs, margin math, hiring, in-office audits. And also — the brand, the product, the positioning, the story. Arslan runs both ends of the business, because that’s the only way either end works.

The business is the point.

Products are bought and sold across every industry in the world. What separates the great operators from the rest is the discipline of the operation behind the product — the fulfillment flow, the courier manifest, the cash register that has to reconcile to the ledger by end of day, the Shopify order that has to match the COD collection on the doorstep. These details don’t scale themselves.

Arslan works at the intersection of two disciplines Pakistani e-commerce too often keeps separate: the creative work of building a beloved consumer brand, and the operational work of making the numbers add up, week after week. He’s been a founding partner in brands that do both — brands with a point of view in beauty, hair care, and health, whose back offices run on reconciled spreadsheets, clean SOPs, and teams that know their roles.

A decade in and across seven verticals, one idea keeps proving itself: the unglamorous work is the actual work. Get the dispatching right. Audit the cash. Train the team. Know your cost-per-delivered-order better than you know your ad creative. Everything else — the growth, the brand love, the scale — follows from there.

“Build the back office like you’ll run it for twenty years. Build the brand like somebody’s already watching.”
— Arslan

Building something
worth building?

Partnerships, advisory, and operator roles — considered selectively. The best way to start a conversation is by sharing the business, the numbers, and what you’re trying to build next.
